If you would like to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to Little Pals Limited with your postcode and bank card number on the back and post to Little Pals Limited, The Old Fisheries, Beehive Farm, Carrs Lane, Tattenhall, Chester CH3 9NT together with your order requirements.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods
If you wish to cancel your order please email enquiries@littlepals.co.uk and we will issue a full refund, including the delivery charge, once the goods have been returned

Special offer items are subject to availability at the time of ordering and offer end dates, when stated, apply
Any offers are at our discretion and subject to variation or withdrawal without notice
Special offer prices cannot be applied retrospectively or to items purchased previously
Measurements and Sizing
All measurements stated are approximate and are quoted in good faith to assist with purchasing decisions
Sizes quoted are for guideline purposes only and where applicable British standard sizing and European equivalents are used
Colours and Designs
Every effort is made to describe and portray items accurately, however, slight variations may occur
Colour reproduction is restricted by the quality of photography and online processes
Our Guarantee
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchases simply contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. We only ask for items to be returned unused and in their original packaging. Our guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Little Pals cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website. Little Pals does not limit in any way its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
By statute, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods does not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
When you place an order to purchase a product from Little Pals, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a delivery note which is included with your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such delivery note does not form part of the contract.
