Do I have to register to use the website?
You can browse our products on-line without having to register. If you wish to place an order we request basic information such as name, address, email and telephone numbers in case we need to contact you in relation to your order.

What happens if I forget my password?
Simply go to our password reminder page, enter your email address and click ‘Email Me’. We will then send you an email with a link which will let you enter a new password. For security reasons your password is never sent by email.
How do I place an order?
Once you have selected the product, choose the style and size if applicable and ‘click’ add to basket. Your product will be added to the shopping bag which you will see on the right hand side of the homepage. Once you have completed your shopping, ‘click’ view basket which takes you to the checkout and allows you to check your list of purchases.
The checkout is where you pay for your purchase. First you will need to log in before giving any payment details. Logging in takes you to the secure part of our website. If you have placed an order with us before you can log in by typing in your email address and password.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit or debit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Providing your order has not been despatched we will do our best to stop the delivery. If your order has been despatched you can send it back to us by following the returns procedure. Please contact customer services by telephone ( 01829 260715 ) who will be able to assist you.
How do I know my order has been placed successfully?
You will be sent an email detailing the items purchases and the total amount spent. If you do not receive an email, please contact customer services.
Can I send items to a different address, e.g. place of work?
We can despatch your parcel to any address including your place of work. Simply enter an alternative shipping address at the checkout.
