Colours of the Rainbow
What a show stopper! The seeds will grow into compact, quirky chocolate pepper plants and produce a huge crop of wacky 3-5cm tiny blocky shaped sweet peppers maturing from green to a rich chocolate brown. The plants are quick and easy to flower and fruit will produce constantly all summer. Grows best on a south facing window, but will thrive outside in a sheltered sunny location in containers.
Perfectly Purple Peas
A groovy variety with attractive Purple flowers and dark purple pods. It is delicious if you pick it young as Mangetout. Or you can leave it to mature to shell the delicious green peas.
A cool combination of colour sure to amaze at the dinner table. Purple has smooth skin and coreless orange flesh which is very sweet and tasty. Yellow holds its bright sunny hue inside and out, is extra crunchy and juicy and has a wonderfully refreshing sweet flavour. White is very mild and especially delicious when young and Red has a crispy texture that is great when cooked.
Mr Stripey Tomato
A red and yellow streaked beefsteak tomato delivering large fruits up to 500g each. A really fun and interesting stripey tomato.
Multicoloured Corn Cob
A traditional corn producing stunning ears of bright kernels. (red, blue, purple, yellow, gold, black and white), which are edible but not as sweet as modern yellow corn cobs. Can also be used dried as ornamental corn. The seeds can be started in pots or sown directly into the soil.
The perfect way to a colourful Salad Bowl. A fantastic selection of pink, red, purple, and white globe type radish, all with white flesh ranging from mild to hot. For many of us, the radish was our first taste of gardening, as they are one of the simplest and quickest of vegetables for children to grow.
The trowel measures 20cm long and 7cm wide, and the fork measures 19cm long and 7cm wide. The childrens gardening gloves are approximately 18cm in length from fingertip to wrist and 8cm wide. One size fits up to approximate age 10 years. The pots are approx 12cm high with a diameter of 12cm. Watering can holds approx 1.2 litres. Kneeling pad 30cm x 15cm x 1.5cm.
