Happy Herbs – Fun set of Happening Herbs

Grow your own Happy Herbs with this exciting four pack of Growing Pots of Fun.  With Percy Parsley, Bertie Basil, Sadie Sage and Minty Mint.

This cute garden set contains four planters and matching water trays in bright colours.  There’s pink, green, orange and blue pots and saucers, each with a cheeky wooden plant marker.  Included in the set are seed packs, compost cubes, and sowing and growing instructions.  Simply add water to the compost cubes, stir in some extra garden soil and plant the seeds – watch those Happy Herbs grow!

Percy Parsley

No garden is complete without this tasty herb. Primarily used for garnishing and decoration.  Very productive plants grow to 25-30cm high and produce a dense cushion of finely cut, deeply curled leaves that are dark green.

Bertie Basil

The classic large-leaved Italian sweet basil prized for its flavour and wonderful aroma.  Fragrant plants grow 45-60cm. This is the variety of choice for pesto and is a great addition into homemade pasta sauces, tomato soup and pizza.

Sadie Sage

A permanent plant and winter hardy.  The leaves are pale green and have pretty blue flowers.   Use fresh in sauces and soups and goes well with sausages, tomatoes and cheese.     Perfect with onion for traditional stuffings.

Minty Mint

One of the best varieties to grow producing sweeter and more flavourful leaves.  Similar to apple mint, the plants are robust with  large velvety green-grey leaves.

Each of the Pots of Fun comes with a little wooden plant marker to mark out the herb garden.
